My work is rooted in the belief that the best woodworking feels inevitable—designed with intention and built without compromise.
After a long career in corporate America, I chose to step away and focus fully on the work that matters most to me. What began as a passion for design and making has grown into a studio practice rooted in care, precision, and intention.
My Work
I design and build custom built-ins, furniture, and cabinetry for residential interiors, working with homeowners and design professionals who value clarity of design and precision of execution. My work is informed by architecture, material honesty, and the belief that the most successful pieces feel quietly resolved rather than attention-seeking.
Every project begins with understanding the space—its proportions and use—before any material is cut. From there, I focus on refined details, thoughtful joinery, and careful material selection, ensuring each piece feels integrated into the home rather than applied to it.
I take on a limited number of projects each year so I can remain closely involved at every stage, from design development through final installation. This hands-on approach allows for a high level of control, consistency, and care—resulting in work that is meant to be lived with for decades.
How I Work
Design-led approach rooted in proportion and restraint
Close collaboration with homeowners and design professionals
Meticulous attention to detail from concept through installation
Focus on longevity, not trends
